Controversy erupts as social media personality, Verydarkman, releases audio implicating Bobrisky, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC,  veteran lawyer and human rights activist, Femi Falana, and his son, Falz, involved in corrupt practices.

Notably, following Bobrisky’s recent  release from prison, prominent Nigerian entertainment industry figures, including Don Jazzy and Victor Osimhen, donated millions of naira.

Bobrisky revealed that despite paying the demanded amount, EFCC prosecuted him, resulting in a six-month prison sentence.

According to Bobrisky, he didn’t serve his prison term in prison as his godfather reached out to top prison officials, who arranged an apartment for him to serve his sentence.

Bobrisky revealed that Afrobeats star, Falz and his father, Femi Falana, reached out to him prior to his release from prison.

In the leaked audio, Bobrisky claimed that he paid EFCC 15 million Naira to drop money laundering charges levelled against him.

According to Bobrisky, Femi Falana facilitated a pardon for 10 million naira to settle the case.
