Nigerian singer-songwriter and record producer, Davido recently announced the first birthday of his twins on his social media page.

He shared the news in a post on X (formerly Twitter), featuring a simple caption that reads:

“👶👶 +1 Alhamdulillah.”

In October 2023, Davido confirmed the arrival of his twins with his wife, Chioma, generating widespread joy both online and offline.

This announcement came just a year after the tragic death of his first child, Ifeanyi.

In a previous interview about fatherhood, Davido reflected on the twins’ arrival, saying,

“I remember when they came, everybody was saying, ‘They have twins, blah, blah, blah. It’s gonna be hard.’ But my twins are blessed. They don’t even cry. They’re just calm and growing so fast. It’s just a blessing. Thank God for everything, really.”

Months later, the popular artist took to his social media again to celebrate his twins as they turned one.
