When you become born again, old things are past away and all things are become new. But when you are born again, it does not stop you from apologizing to those you offended in the past, those you defrauded and those you stole from.

There are sins that do not need restitution and there are sins that need restitution. Assuming you had mutual fornication with your “mature” sex partner or prostitute, you dont need restitution to anyone because it was mutual.

You need repentance. But if you forcefully had sex, you need to restitute to the offended after repentance. If you have stolen from people, defrauded or duped people, you need to repent and make restitution.

If you have hurt people so badly, you cannot just stop at repentance.

You need to repent and apologize to them.
