The Governor of Plateau state, Caleb Mutfwang attended the wedding ceremony of Sele Buba, the daughter of the Gbong Gwom Jos, Da Jacob Gyang Buba.

The wedding solemnization between Sele and Jefferson Nabasu, son of Elder & Mrs. Nabasu Bako took place at Buken Academy Chapel, Dwei Du, in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State at the weekend.

Governor Mutfwang who was a special guest of honour underscored the importance of fostering unity and peace within the family, the church and the society even as he prayed God to bless the couple.

Guest preacher Pastor Vealumn Iorkyaa who urges the newlyweds to anchor their marriage on God, emphasized the virtues of faithfulness and transparency in accordance with divine principles, stressing the enduring nature of love over fleeting emotions.

Jay FM reports that other dignatries who also attended the wedding included former Governor of Plateau state, Jonah Jang; Deputy Governor of Gombe state, Dr Mannassah Jatau; Tor Tiv and Chairman, Benue Council of Chiefs, Professor James Iorzua Ayatse; former Minister of Women Affairs, Paullen Tallen; former Minister of Water Resources, Sarah Ochekpe; Senators ID Gyang and Simon Mwadkwon among others.
