One notable annual event that celebrates cultural heritage in Plateau State is the Nzem Berom Cultural Festival.

Showcasing the rich diversity of The Berom culture through music, dance, art exhibitions, traditional cuisine, and more. Nzem Berom 2024 will be an outstanding 11-day cultural festival inviting participants to immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of world cultural heritage. Attendees can celebrate, promote, and explore the diverse traditions that comprise our collective heritage through a series of engaging activities such as art exhibitions, culinary experiences, dance performances, medical outreach, Muslim prayers, solemn assembly fasting and prayers, colloquium, VIP Banquet, and the grand festival to launch the Wurom Ase Wurom Legacy Trust Foundation.

Scheduled to take place from Thursday the 25th of April to  Friday 17th May, 2024, this vibrant festival to rotate around various Local Government Councils of Plateau state which include, Riyom, Barkin Ladi, Jos North and Jos South where the Gbong Gwom Jos, His Royal Majesty, Da Jacob Gyang Buba to meet with the people.
