Onyeka Onwenu, born on the 17th of May, 1952, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, actress, journalist and politician.

She is one of the female musicians that rocked the Nigerian music scene back in the 1980s. She is the youngest daughter of the Nigerian educationist and politician D.K Onwenu.

Sadly, she passed away 30th July, 2024.
