A two-storey residential building in Phase 2, site 2, Kubwa, Abuja, collapsed early Saturday morning around 7:00 am.

Originally a hotel named Al-Hilal, the building had been converted into residential apartments.

According to reports, numerous victims are currently trapped under the debris of the incident.

Emergency responders and security personnel have been deployed to the site according to reports.
